Autumn Details

(Trousers: River Island, Bag: Zara, Shoes: Marni for H&M, faux fur tail: Etsy, Coat: Topshop, faux fur stole: H&M)

Wearing stupid, completely non-weather appropriate clothes is a skill I have pretty much mastered. However, normally I wear pretty reasonable shoes, I mean, I live in Glasgow where it rains a good 50% of the time so wellies are kind of a staple. But... I have these heels from the Marni x H&M collection and  don't they just need to be next to some fallen leaves? Well, I thought so. So I risked my ankles staggering around on cobble stones while clinging on to the Boyfriend as he laughed and made mental images for further mocking inspiration.

I really enjoy these shoes, for a line in H&M I think Marni really stayed true to who they are. But, I do not love that they make me a giant, a 6 foot something giant. I feel a little exposed and it just creates a greater distance for that inevitable fall.

Think Pink

(Angora Sweater, H&M Lana Del Ray Collection)

This is a pretty great sweater if I am going to be honest. I have been looking for the 'perfect' pink fluffy sweater for ages and I previously bought one from Whistles claiming to be mohair (containing 3%...), I was a little underwhelmed. On to this jumper, it is HUGE! I bought it in a Small so it would be a little oversized, but wow. All in all, it's a perfect lounging sweater for those cold, sleepy Sunday's.
(Disclosure: this jumper molts, debatably more than me. However, it is fun to roll around all over others dark sheets and leave stands of pink everywhere. It's almost like glitter. It gets everywhere!

Let's begin

I thought I would start my first blogging experience with a snippet of personal pictures from over the last few months. I hope this blog will act as my escape from my impending end of my undergraduate degree and continue to keep me sane in finally admitting defeat and attempting to get a "real" job in the real world.

With love from,
